Setting up of 01 (One) Model Schools at each Block Head Quarter is an important agenda of Odisha Govt. Basically Model Schools will have infrastructure and facilities of the same standard as in Kendriya Vidyalayas with stipulation on Pupil-Teacher ratio, ICT usages, holistic educational environment, appropriate curriculum and emphasis on output and outcome.

OAV Jamagorada, Jagannathprasad as an innovative school makes use of the talents and skills of staff, students and parents to provide a wide range of educational programmes and projects.
